The notice of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development on printing and distributing the administrative measures for green building signs (Jian Biao GUI [2021] No.1) is hereby transmitted to you, and the following opinions are put forward for implementation.

1、 Since June 1, 2021, the identification of green building signs will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the notice, and the evaluation of design signs will no longer be carried out. The previously accepted application projects will be evaluated and publicized before May 31, 2021.

2、 All localities should strictly implement the procedures for declaration and examination of identification, and improve the quality of identification. Strengthen the identification information management, timely report the green building identification information through the information system. At the same time, we should increase publicity, actively organize projects to apply for green building logo, improve the high-quality green development of construction industry in our province, and enhance users' sense of acquisition and satisfaction of high-quality green buildings.
